The result of collaboration between CDIAC and the All-Russian Research Institute of Hydrometeorological Information (Obninsk, Russia). Contains original abstracts of over 70 important Russian-language papers along with English translations. Future reports in the series are planned on clouds, aerosols, and general circulation models.
